Booking & Payment :
To confirm your booking, the following payment terms apply:
- Bookings that are made more than 30 days before the collection date:
A 50% deposit of the total rental fee is required to secure your booking. The remaining 50% balance must be paid in full prior to collection. - For bookings made before 30 days of the collection date:
(100%) of the total rental payment is required at the time of booking.
Cancellation:
In the event of cancellation, the following refund structure applies:
- 30 days or more before the collection :
90% of the total will be refundable - 1 to 29 days before the collection :
10% of the total will be refundable.
Breakage Deposit :
A breakage deposit is required before collection that is Refundable. This deposit covers potential damage or loss of equipment and will be refunded within 5 business days after the item have been returned and inspected, provided everything is in the same working condition they were received.
Breakage deposit :
- R2,000 – Soft Cover Roof Tents & Awnings
- R4,000 – Hard Cover Roof Tents
Any costs for damage or loss will be deducted from the deposit.
Collection & Fitment
All items need to be collected and returned to our facility. Should fitment be required a
prior booking would need to be made. The vehicle will require a set of load bars or a roof rack to mount the items. Should the vehicle not have these items, the items can be supplied at an additional fee. Please contact us for a quote.
